Hi I'm Chef Ben with Expert Village alright and welcome back today we are going to be continuing our crock pot series with stuff peppers. First you go ahead and you start out with about 1-2 diced or chopped tomatoes, 1 small onion chopped, about 1/2 cup of rice, about 1/2 cup of corn and you are going to put a little bit of salt and pepper just for taste. Once again I recommend kosher salt and fine black pepper. We are going to take these we are going to mix them up really nice, then we are going to go ahead and add these into our peppers they have already been seed and cord. There is one, 2 and once you have your peppers stuffed and you got them in your crock pot you are going to want to take about 6-8 ounces of your favorite wine and then mix it with about 1/2 can of tomato sauce and a 1/2 cup of water. You are going to dump that right into the peppers then excess all around it. Take your top of your peppers, stick them right on top, go ahead and put your cover on, set on low and let cook for 6-7 hours or at less to the rice if cooked and you got stuffed peppers.
