Hello, my name is Crystal Nassar with Tuscany Florist and I am going to give you a single stem bouquet idea. I've decided to use a very sturdy flower; it's the Cymbidium Orchid in green with a touch of yellow. It's a beautiful flower to use and it makes a very big impact. It's nice to have a flower that people, you know, will be wowed about if you're going to use one, one stem. So just take the water tube off that it comes in and you're going to, want to kind of; when you're using a single stem, you're not going to be holding it like a regular bouquet. It's usually a more casual wedding. So the, the girls will; you know, hold it down. A lot of times they're used for beach weddings and they're just beautiful in pictures. So you're going to try to, you know, feel where you want it held and this is too long for me; so I'm going to cut the stem down just a little bit. Cut it down a couple of inches and I'm going to use a, a beautiful ribbon that will coordinate with the girls dresses or the centerpieces and I'm going to have the, the ribbons flowing down; make it a little bit fancier since you're going so simple on the flower. So cut it a nice length and then just tie it around the flower where you; where it won't be in the way of you holding it; just a beautiful bow; this is a wired ribbon. And there you have it. I'm Crystal Nassar with Tuscany Florist in Rancho Mirage, California and I hope you enjoyed my demonstration on a single stem bouquet.
