"Ok now we are going to put on the harness and then we are going to hook the ropes to the harness. Ok you see the harness here has two parts, the top part as you can see here. And then the bottom parts, you see the bottom parts are two parts for two of the legs. Now I open up, I open it up, I put my leg inside, just like this. And then the other one too. Just like this. Now I need to put my legs inside. First my right leg, then my left leg. It takes some, everything you have in the pockets you take out. Ok we tighten the straps to fit snug around the legs. And that is how we put the harness on."
