"Hi this is Ann Myrick and today I'm going to show you how to clean and defrost your refrigerator. In working with the freezer part of the refrigerator you are going to turn off the temperature control where it's totally off. And because of that you want to, things will start thawing out so you are going to want to place a pan just to catch the drip right underneath the refrigerator so the water will not go on the floor and go into the pan. And then you want to take all your items out and just with a bucket of water with about a fourth to a half a cup of vinegar you are going to use a sponge with a little bit of a scrubber on it and you are going to just start scrubbing your freezer. And clean it totally, top, bottom, sides, and then you are going to go back and with your dry towel you are going, you want to really dry it out well so it won't mildew. And then the same with the refrigerator, you do not have to turn the element down so you can just go in, take the food out and use the vinegar and water for your refrigerator also. This is Ann Myrick and that is how you defrost and clean a refrigerator."
