"You know one thing that's very annoying? When you put something somewhere and you can't get it back. I hate that, I'll put a CD in my computer and it won't eject it. My name is James, Computer Hardware Training Coordinator for InterConnection, and I'm going to show you how to retrieve that stuck CD out of your CD ROM drive. Now, we have a stuck CD in this drive right here. The way to get it out is you take a paper clip, like so, stretch it out, and you'll see there's a little hole right here. This little hole kind of unlocks the CD drive and pops it out a little bit. So all we do, is we take this paper clip, put it on in there, push. Voila! And there's our stuck CD. Now if your CD got stuck in the drive, there are a couple of things you might want to consider. One, is that drive plugged in? You might want to check that little power connection in the back to make sure you didn't lose power. And two, did you place the CD all the way in the drive? Whenever you put these CDs in these drives, make sure they're all the way flat and, for the most part, that they're level because if you start moving the computer left to right, that drive can come off and cause damage and get stuck. My name's James and I just showed you how to recover a stuck CD."
