"We've already made some for Saint Patrick's Day, a patriotic one for the Fourth of July, or just a simple one that you can make into anything, depending on what your theme is. But I wanted to do a luau theme, and we make this great fish balloon here at Partyland, with the, just these really cute eyes, and we didn't have anything to tie it to, so I thought if we just used fishing line so it just looks like the fish is kind of floating in water, and we'll just tie it to this little lobster down here, so and it's heavy enough that it keeps the big balloon down. It's a sixteen inch balloon, and with a couple of animal balloons, and then I just tied the little balloons here to look like bubbles or water swirling. So it's just a great thing just to go into the Partyland and pick out from any of our aisles, and just be creative or allow us to help you be creative, cause' we want your party to be the best it can be too."
