"Well my scrapbook's almost done and now the next thing I need to finish is the scrapbook cover. Now the scrapbook cover can be very personal. You can change it. You can do different things with it. And what I'm going to show you today is a few ways to make some different kinds of scrapbook covers. I'm Janet Casto your independent demonstrator with Stampin' Up! The first scrapbook cover I'm going to show you how to make is using a chipboard. And what I've done is I've take this beautiful star. I've used some craft ink and then I've embossed it once with embossing powder and then again with glassy glaze so it really pops off of this card, off of this box. So that's one using chipboard. Another way you can make a cover is using the die cuts that come with your set. This is a baby journaling book, scrapbook. And I've just used the die cuts that said baby. And that's all I need for now. What I might add is maybe the date that the baby was born or something like that. So that's another way is using the die cuts. The third way I want to show you is using a photo. You can just take a photo from one of your trips. This is from Sarasota and I took a little bit of the stationery from the Ritz Carlton and popped that up so I know what this is. So using a photo is another way to make a great scrapbook cover. And don't forget you can leave your scrapbook covers blank and just have a design on front. Here's one that has nothing. It's very plain. And I like this one, too. So scrapbook covers are a lot of fun. You want to take the event that you're scrapbooking and try to highlight that on the cover. There's a lot of ways to do it. And each one is correct. There is no right or wrong. I'm Janet Casto with Stampin' Up! your independent demonstrator. I hope you have a lot of fun making your scrapbooks and I can't wait to see what's on your cover."
