"Hi I'm Jessica Meiczinger with Simply Design Events. And now that we have our centerpiece, it's not complete. Just sticking this on your guest table doesn't really pop. What we want to do is just build to this and add some things around it just to make it look a little more elegant and nicer. Some ideas are is you could actually have a floral wreath made around with greenery so that you just have this sitting in the center with the flowers still showing and also the candle. Another idea is take some smaller votive candles and just kind of place three to four around the centerpiece just to add a little elegance. And you can also place the centerpiece on top of a mirror and the candle will actually reflect off of that. So it looks very pretty in pictures. Another idea is, since we already have a candle in the center of the table, why not put in some flowers around the base of it. You can, if you're doing rose petals inside the container, you can actually sprinkle rose petals on the front. Since we have hydrangea buds in here, we'll carry it on the theme with the hydrangeas. So, basically what I did was, I just took my silk hydrangeas and I took a little bud vase, it can be like a votive holder like this or you can actually get some different shaped bud vases with little accents or colored vases. And I would just suggest doing two. One on each side. And my first thing that I did was I just clipped it. Leave an inch about on the stem and just place it in a little bit of water. And place a bud on each side of the centerpiece. So that ties in our whole garden theme when we're putting together our do it yourself centerpiece for your garden theme wedding reception."
