"So now we're in the kitchen and just like other rooms that we've talk about packing when you start thinking about how to pack your kitchen, you want to start off by getting rid of things that you don't want to move. That you want to get rid of, that you have doubles of, that you never use. These kinds of things that you want to donate, sell or throw away. So in the kitchen is another place that you want to look for expired things of course. I have already gone through my kind of make shift pantry right here and got rid of some things that were expired. I'll need to do that with my refrigerator as well and start getting rid of things that I don't need. Or that are expired, that I don't want any more. Also, over here on my herb rack, I happen to know that I have two maple syrups. Want to get rid of one of those. I don't need them both so I'll find somebody to give that away. I also have doubles of a couple spices. Two jars of honey that I don't use that often. So I'll probably try to give those away maybe even to the camera man!"
