"Now I'm going to show you how to rim the glass with either salt or sugar, or whatever it is you're rimming it with. Occasionally in here I just have some salt, but also I've seen before flavored sugars, flavored salts, or colored sugars, colored salts, are not flavored. The first thing that you're going to do, and this is actually this, as you can see, it's just the top of a, of a thing that was meant for, for having, for rimming a drink. So it's just got the salt right around the sides, it's got a spot in the middle to make sure that it goes to the edge. What you're going to do first is you're just going to want to moisten the rim of your glass, so you're just going to go all around with the lime, and usually use whatever garnish it is you're putting on the drink, so if you're doing a lemon drop shot, you're going to use lemon, not lime. The next thing you're going to do, is you're just going to take it and you're just going to dip it in and move it around a little bit and as you can see, this is, this is actually a pretty good job on rimming it with salt, you just want to get right around the edge, all the way around, as you can see, it's pretty equal, and it's not too deep and it's not too clumpy, so that's the ideal for rimming a glass. Say, for example though, you have a glass such as this, so you are making a lemon drop shot, what you would need to do in that case, is the same thing, you're going to rim, you're going to use the lemon to, to go all the way around the end, rim, to moisten it and then instead of putting it on like this, because it's not going to fit, you're just going to dab it all the way around like this. And if you do get a little extra on it, you can always shake it off, and try to get some of it off. So that is, as you can see is how to rim a glass that's smaller than a margarita, and that is how you rim a glass."
