"O.k., so our first question of the day is about Civil War costumes. And we're going to talk about the women's Civil War stuff. This is women's Civil War here. And what this tends to mean are dresses with crinolines or dresses with hoops, big petty coats like this or the big hoop structures that go underneath in a structure like this. And you can do day wear, ball gowns, a dress sort of like this one is a day dress. A dress like this one would be good for Great Expectations, is a ball gown. And this one actually has a petty goat attached. We did this to make it easy for the actress to make the changes in. And you can see the dress is a full bell shaped style dress. And that gives us the silhouette of the period. For the men's stuff now we have a couple different looks you can do. You can start back and you can do kind of a tailcoat. This is a little earlier period but the idea of a tailcoat is quite right for the period tail suit. Or you can do a frock suit. And here's a white one that's much similar to that in Gone With the Wind. See the long coat on here, that makes it a frock. And we also have things that do a couple of colors. Here's a cutaway and this one tends to have a matching vest and pants with a contrasting jacket. So that was all set up. O.k., so the third kind of thing you can do, especially for a gentleman is a Civil War uniform. This one is confederate in the gray or you can do a union in the blue. And then of course we accessorize with the hats and boots and things like that."
