Hi, I'm Becky Sosa with Stress Free Events and I'd like to talk about how to plan a wedding on a budget. There are lots of areas that you can save money and still have the wedding of your dreams. The first thing is to look at the things that you already have, and the things that your family might have. Plan a vintage garden wedding where you can pull in platters and decorations from your own home, or from your grandmother's home, or your mother's home. Family heirlooms are great for weddings, and it really will pull everything together. Another thing is to consider your dress, look at when they have sales on the dresses, but also consider looking at thrift shops, as well as in the attics of your own family members and see if there's something that might already be there, that with a little alteration would be perfect for your day without spending thousands of dollars on the dresses that you see in the wedding magazines. Also, consider your flowers, there's lots of ways to save money on flowers. Talk to the florist, see what's in season before ever picking out your colors and the flowers that you need for your wedding. They can help you figure out what flowers are better for fillers, and what flowers you can accent and highlight in your day. These are a few ways that you can plan your wedding on a budget.
