"For a really refreshing treat try making yourself a really healthy smoothie, a little bit of ice, a little bit of water in a blender and you are already half way there. Gather yourself some fresh fruit like strawberries, preferably frozen strawberries or banana or kiwi. Kiwi is also extremely high in potassium so that makes a really nice smoothie, mix them altogether in the blender, hit frappe, get yourself a nice puree, add water, hit frappe again, get a nice emulsification and you are all set to go with a really nice smoothie. For one little extra hint of luxury add yourself a tablespoon of nonfat plain yogurt and that will give a little creamy quality to your smoothie particularly if you are using mango. For smoothies frozen fruit works just as well as fresh fruit or even canned fruit for that matter. When you are through with making your smoothie if you would like to garnish it you have got a number of different options like ground spices of nutmeg or cinnamon or fresh fruit slices."
