"Hi I'm Becky with stressfreeevents.net and I would like to talk to you about planning your wedding day. In planning your wedding day you need to take into consideration everyone that has a place to be at a specific time. This includes your bridal party, your family and your vendors. I found the easiest way to do this is to create a spreadsheet and to fill the information in. On your spreadsheet what you are going to want to do is create the times of the day and in this case I have started at eight o'clock and I have ended it at midnight. Start filling in the different items that are going to happen in the hour and don't be scared that some things overlap. You may have your cake and your DJ showing up at the same time. That is why there is different columns so that you can put this different information in. Include what is going to happen, who it is going to happen for and where it is going to happen at right there in the time slot that you have. This will get you through the entire day. You can also take this and e-mail it to your vendors to let them know what time they are going to be there. When you e-mail it take the time to highlight their information so that they will know what information applies to them. This is the best way to organize your wedding information."
