"Hi this is Rich Bucola here at New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make sweet potato casserole. You see I folded in the nuts, look at how nice. I am just going to make it nice, just you know, it doesn't have to be perfect. This point you are going to add our marshmallows, we've got sixteen ounces, one pound of marshmallows. That's what we are going to do. Just basically, this is like the time guide to see how they are going to be done because once the marshmallows are melted and turned golden brown you know they are done. I like a lot of marshmallows and I know everyone loves marshmallows, who doesn't? You got to be a big kid if you don't or you do. Put all of those beautiful marshmallows on top we are going to open our oven and put it right in the middle of our oven when these are done the marshmallows will be all golden brown and melted and your potatoes will be hot."
