"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to be making some prime rib. So now it's time to carve and I like to use a kitchen snip and you want to go ahead and snip the strings. You can pull it around if you like to and it will come right off. What we'll do I'll show you how to carve the meat. Just put your knife in the first one. I like to do a little bit thinner. I will start to show you what the meat is like and then we can get thicker as your guests like it. You see you have a beautiful piece of prime rib, here is some of the garlic that was cooked into it and I would like to put this right onto a plate. There is a potato already there. Of course, be generous with your portion; you can always add another slice if you like. Then we dress up the potatoes and we are ready to go. "
