"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to be making some prime rib. Now we are going to get our seasoning together for our prime rib and what we have is our salt, pepper, garlic powder. What we want to do if the whole head of garlic, the easiest way to get these pieces of apart rather than pulling is to go ahead and press down firmly, see how they just come right out. Then you can kind of take these apart like this and these are going to go in to the prime rib and I'll show you how that is done in a couple of seconds. So break these apart too, so you have these separate cloves which we want to put in there. To kind of loosen up the skin, we really don't want to smash this too much but you can get any heavy knife and go ahead grab your knife and press down on it like this. You see the skin starts to come off pretty easily and your clove will come out just like that."
