"Hi, I'm Ed Reyes from Master Builders here in Tampa, Florida. I am here for Expert Village and I am going to show you how to use the proper use for a plunge router. There are many uses for this tool. Depending on the type of router bit you use which there are very many types you can use, we use a lot of this on custom woodwork, cabinetry, for making custom mill work for trim to crown molding. There is just a lot of different uses you can use this machine for depending on the bit that you use. We like to use a lot of those for custom inlay, what they call luting, fluting that type of work where you are getting straight design on the router top like that with a flat board. Edge trimming inlays for cabinet doors, custom base trims, it will take a solid piece of wood and really make it look fancy with just a router off the top of it. So there is a lot of uses you can use this for. It just depends on what you are looking for and decide what type of bit you want to use. "
