"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to talk about our crescents for our franks and Swiss crescents. We're going to need one tube, which is 8 ounces of refrigerated reduced fat crescent rolls. We're going to go ahead and just open these up. This time it just popped right open. Sometimes if it doesn't, you're going to need to enforce a little bit. You can take the back end of you knife and tap it lightly and it'll pop open. Sometimes it's kind of a hit or miss thing for crescent rolls. Go ahead and put the wrapper to the side. Keep unrolling and there you go. Discard the packaging. Now we're going to unroll our crescents. Just peel off the layer and unroll. As you can see, they've made these nice triangles. Separate them one at a time. Peel these apart very carefully. You don't want them to break. Keep unrolling to the next layer. As you can see, we now have 8 crescents, and there you go."
