"Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett. On behalf of expert village I'm here to show you how to make seasonal napkin ring holders. Ooh, look how fun summer is. Here we're going to make our summer napkin ring holder. I chose a brilliant blue. This is a wide ribbon, not super wide, but wider than normal. Put a little hot glue right in on your cardboard tubing and place the ribbon down. Put a bead of hot glue and pull taut. You really want that cross. Pull this through. Add another bead of hot glue. You need to angle this ribbon a little bit to pull it straight across. I've got my last, I just had a little bit of cardboard peeking through, but I want to make sure that all of that is covered. Now I'm going to turn the ribbon over, cut it so it's not as long as the tube, put some glue right on the end and I'm going to push it down. There, look how lovely that looks, like a brilliant summer day."
