"Hi, I'm Erica Lane with Expert Village talking about how to write a Christmas song on the guitar. After you've written your first phrases for the Christmas song and you put your ideas down on paper. So you want a whole different Christmas words or holiday type words that will go really well in the phrases and ideas that you just choose. You also want them to rhyme together for example, jolly and holly, snow rhymes with glow kind of like when the reindeer's nose glows. Season rhymes with reason and of course there are many other words that you can use sacred and secular both to really just implicate the spirit of the Christmas season when you are writing. But the most important thing is don't just get random words that don't relate to each other make sure these words fit together, the flow together and they fit in your whole theme that you have mapped out. So that it makes sense whenever you are writing it not only for yourself but for those who are going to be listening to the song as well."
