"Hi! This is Ginny with Simply Beautiful Crafts on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to make this lovely Happy Hanukkah Wall Hanging. In order to make this wall hanging, I went to the scrap booking section of the craft store and I found these wonderful stickers, they are from Joel’s Bayou. I found this menorah and these beautiful Star of David’s and I thought "hmm, that gold looks really classy," so I got a gold wired ribbon and wove it through the base of the pretzel ring. When you are weaving wires through your pretzel ring you want to put it out from behind, crossover your joint, go down and throw in around all the way around until you have completely covered your ring. When you get down to the other side, you are going to check and make sure, especially if you have a two-sided ribbon, that the side that you want is up and then you are ready to secure the ribbon on the backside. So you have gone all the way around, go to that joint, lay a bead of hot glue, take the end of your ribbon, press it into that spot, hold it until it is cool for a second and then secure the other end. Now for this piece, I decided that I would want it to come up through the center rather than being off to the side and I tried it behind and I tried it in front and I tried on the side and I decided that it looked best right in the middle because I really wanted it to be the focal point of this wall hanging, so I secured it on the front and then as you can see put the stars around leaving the gold ribbon show. Then I really liked this wired ribbon because you can bend it and make it stay the way you want it. Because I wanted this to stay the focal point, I made a very small two loop, I mean single loop not a two loop, but a single loop ribbon and then embellished it with a little gold bead. If you have a very small object like this, you might want to take tweezers or a needle nose plier and hold on to it, lay your bead of glue and then put your small piece in there. When you are all finished, you are going to want to put something on the back so that you can hang it on the wall and again because I wanted this to stay the center and the focal piece, I chose to use a very thin piece of 28 gauge wire and a nice big dollop of hot glue. That holds your wire very securely. Once you have hot glued on your embellishments, your bow and your little piece and your hanger within seconds, your wall hanging is finished and ready to hang on the wall. "
