"Hi, I'm Christine Pichini for Expert Village and today I'm going to teach you some basic knitting techniques. To begin binding off knit wise, knit two stitches as normal from the edge of your work. Then pick up the first stitch with the left needle and slip it over the right, leaving the second stitch on the right needle. That's the basic motion of binding off that you're going to keep repeating. Knit another stitch. Take the first stitch up and over while leaving the second stitch on the needle. Continue this all the way down the row. Knit a stitch, pick up the first stitch and ease it over the needle. "
