Okay I am going to set all of these pieces over here; ear, ear, arm, arm tail. And now we are going to do the snout and this is a little bit tricky because you can't really do it from the inside out because of the way it's put together. The idea is so here's the body there's the butt, legs. Okay here's the front. Get it down nice and flat. The idea is that you know that when you cut the snout you leave kind of an edge of the brown but when you sew it on you don't really see any of the at brown so one thing is you kind of want to fold the brown under. You can use straight pins if you want to sort of hold things into place while you do it. I don't like doing that. But first thing is you kind of need to kind of fold it under and kind of get it positioned on you know on the face. And you have to kind of you known kind of fudge it a little bit as you go along. But the idea is you fold it under and you are not going to stitch it all the way down because you still have to stuff the snout. The snouts going to get stuffing of it's own within it. But because the inside of the snout isn't connected to the inside of the sock you have to you know it's a little bit tricky but you have to fold this under and you have to kind of do like and you have to do like what is called a whipping stitch. Kind of like this. All the way around. You know? Till you kind of come to one little area then you will stuff it and you will close it off. So the other thing is just about the placement of that snout. This is where you are going to start thinking about the artistic design of the monkey. Right? You will find that it really changes how your final sock monkey looks depending on how high or low the snout is. If you put the snout really low well it kind of almost doesn't look like a monkey. It kind of almost has this long cone head. And you know whatever. If you want to do a monkey like that. If you put it real high it makes it kind of, I think it makes it kind of cuter if you put it real high because you have this little monkey head and kind of this long monkey middle. So maybe that's a little too high because you want to leave room for the eyes so I'm going to put it about there. But it's up to you. You can kind of put it anywhere up and down here you want just sort of within reason and remember that it is the mouth. But yeah so that is what I am going to do now. I am going to fold this edge under. I am going to kind of just do a knot and just kind of whip around make sure that it's you know nice and centered. Nice and even, keeping horizontal. It's a little bit tricky, but I'm just going to go for it.
