"So when you come into a furniture store, be ready and definitive in what you're looking for. If you're looking for sofas, tell the salesperson we're looking for sofas. What size of sofa? What color sofa? What design of sofa? And that again will eliminate a lot of different things. Again what you're going to do is you're going to have this salesman concentrate on just that item for you and they can show you more items if they don't have them on the floor. That's a real key important part and that's again, any furniture item that you have. Again, definitive of what you want, also, size. Again another key point thing is size. If it fits, it works, if it doesn't fit it doesn't work. And that's the best way to buy furniture. That's the best way to look for any furniture. To help the customer really is again just knowing what they want. It?s looking for that certain design, the certain style. If they know what they want, they know the design. If we don't have it, we can find it. We can look for it. And also be aware that it may take longer to get than item if it?s not on the floor at the time. So we can do a lot of things to make the customer happy. We have a lot more styles, every furniture store has a lot of styles they can choose from."
