"Now we’re going to cover things like paint sealers, thinners, things that are probably some of the most toxic things people are exposed to. There are some natural options. The ozcolor makes a hard wax oil you can use as like a replacement of a varnish. There are primers and sealer made by safecoat that are water based, they look beautiful, you do have to seal things a little more often but it’s a natural option and you’re not having to worry about any outgassing or anything.

Your paint removers and some paint thinners, there are some citrus based paint thinners that work really well and they’re not toxic so I encourage you to seek out those. There are some non toxic adhesives and glues believe it or not, one’s called Gorilla Glue, it works really good, you can use it on tile, carpet, pvc applications and more, lots of things. It’s got very low VOC adhesive compared to what most glues are. It’ll help you finish off your project formaldehyde free."
