" Hi! This is Diana for Expert Village.com and I am going to show you how to make a fruit basket for a gift. This one does not really need any wrapping because the fruit is so pretty; you want it to show. So, I have a beautiful basket and I have some shredded crepe paper and I went to the grocery store and I just bought the most beautiful and colorful fruit that I could find like pears, apples and oranges. You could also add anything like crackers, cookies or candies. Put your fruit in the basket; then I am going to make a really big bow for the top. Here I have my wide flat ribbon holding between thumb and finger, twist and pull the loop out, twist it in the middle holding with your thumb as many loops as you want, as big of loops you want. Of course, the bigger your loops the more you need to make it look really full and I’m going to cut it off and use a little piece of ribbon. You could also use a little piece of wire which would make it easy to keep the bow together and pull it tight. The tighter you pull it, the fluffier your bow will look and I am just going to tie it right on the top of the handle, make sure you leave your ends long enough so you can tie it and there is your beautiful fruit basket."
