So my spaghetti squash has had a chance to cool just a little bit so I can handle it. So now what we are going as you can see here, we are going to pull it away and you great these really great strings of squash. So I am going to show you how we got these really great strings of squash with our other half of spaghetti squash. Similar to the way that we tested it, we are just going to put our fork in and pull it away from the edge of the skin. There is still a little bit of heat in there so be careful when you are working with it when it is hot. As you see, it very easily pulls away and the strings of the spaghetti squash come out relatively easy here. And now, I am going to pull it off from the bottom of the squash so it should kind of come out relative easy. In this spaghetti squash, you could actually eat as is. It is really great. You can add a little bit of Parmesan Cheese on top. It is very very good and very very good for you. "
