"Hi I am Lori Schneider with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to make a baked spaghetti squash casserole with sun dried tomatoes. It has been about 45 minutes and our spaghetti squash is done so we are going to go ahead and pull it out. It looks great. It is going to be very very hot so be careful and one of the ways to test to see if your spaghetti squash is done is to test with a fork. You simple insert your fork and if it pulls away easily like that then you know your spaghetti squash is done. Now I am going to go ahead and let it cool and that way I do not burn myself when I pull the strings of the spaghetti squash out. We will let it cool for about ten minutes or so."
