"Hi, I'm Lori Schneider with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas. On behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to show you how to make a baked spaghetti squash casserole with sun dried tomatoes. Okay so while my spaghetti squash is baking in the oven, I am going to go ahead and make the other components of the casserole. My first step is to add two eggs into the bowl and these are organic eggs. I just like the flavor of organic eggs a lot. They taste much fresher and they are two large eggs. I am just going to go whisk them together. Now that the eggs are whisked, I am going to go ahead and add in about half a cup of heavy cream and I am going to whisk those two together to make sure that it is a nice consistent product. Now I am going to set that aside so that we can get our other ingredients ready. "
