We are now ready to bake off our spaghetti squash and what we are going to do is place it in a 400 degree oven for about 30 to 45 minutes. So your cooking time will really vary depending on the size of your spaghetti sauce. If it is larger, it may take longer to cook and if it is smaller, it may take less time to cook, so it really will depend. You do want to check your squash to make sure that it is done by using a fork and when you put your fork into the squash and pull away, it should pull away very easy.
