"Hi, I'm Lori Schneider with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas. On behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to show you how to make a baked spaghetti squash casserole with sun dried tomatoes. So we've just cleaned our spaghetti squash and we are ready to bake it in the oven but before we do that, we want to make sure that we season it very well. To do that, I am going to start off with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and I am just going to drizzle the top with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. That is going to help get it nice and toasty and brown. Just give it a nice flavor and I am also going to add about a teaspoon of Kosher salt to the outside of the squash and some fresh ground black pepper. Excellent! Great! That is what your seasoned spaghetti sauce will look like. "
