I'm going to show you how to make Vietnamese spring rolls. Before wrapping we have to soften up the rice paper. Each piece of rice paper has to be softened up individually in warm water. Then we would lay out our rice paper on the cutting board. Put a little amount of the filling fold the bottom. Then we would fold the right and the left side up. Then we can start rolling the spring roll. Each piece of rice paper has a rough and a smooth side. Remember the smooth side has to be facing down the cutting board. Again fold it up from the bottom and then from the right to the left and then we would roll up the spring rolls again. Repeat the wrapping process until you have used up all the spring roll filling.
