Video Transcript

"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make hot links. Okay now that we've got our casing stuffed we are going to tie off the links. I put a little twist in between and make a tie with a twine. Find another area here. Good twist and we would tie it with a string. So we are actually determining the size of the links at this point. You are doing this at home everything don't have to be the same size it is not that important. Chances are you are going to chew it anyway. So we would continue to tie off our links here with the twine and I will see you at the next step."
