"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today we’ll be making traditional London Broil with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and asparagus wrapped in bacon. So now we’re going to put together the marinade, I’ve got a little metal bowl here. We’re just going to take our three tablespoons of tamari, our four cloves of garlic, here’s that fork I was telling you about, all right, our tablespoon of pepper, fresh ground black pepper, our three tablespoons of brown sugar, our third of a cup of balsamic vinegar and that half a cup of olive oil. I’m only going to use half of this, so I’m only going to put a quarter of a cup in here. There’s that, I’ve got my trusty fork here, it’ll just make this a little easier to mix up. You want to make sure that you really get all the lumps out from the brown sugar, and that everything gets nicely coated, because this is what your steaks going to marinade in for, you really want to do it for at least at bare minimum an hour, but in reality if you had twenty four hours to do this or at least twelve that would be even better. So there’s our marinade and the next thing I’m going to show you how to uh actually prepare the steak for marinade. "
