"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today we’ll be making traditional London Broil with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and asparagus wrapped in bacon. Let’s take a second to go over our ingredient list; we’re going to need salt and pepper, I have six cloves of garlic here, one half of a yellow onion, one tablespoon of fresh ground black pepper, three tablespoons of brown sugar, three tablespoons of tamari, you can also use a low sodium soy sauce, that works as well, one third of a cup of balsamic vinegar, one half of a cup of olive oil. I have four Yukon Gold potatoes over here, I have one pound of asparagus, I have two pounds of top roast, and I also have slightly off camera one half pound of bacon. We’ll also need to make sure that our oven is on to four hundred degrees, preheated. We’ll need a roasting pan with a lid, a good-sized sauté pan, probably about a ten inch sauté pan, got my trusty chef’s knife here, you’ll need a normal dining fork, if you’ve got a kitchen fork that’ll work as well too, or also if you have access to a meat tenderizer device that will work as well too, but since I’m making this assuming that the average person doesn’t have that I’ll just make sure that I include a fork and you’re also going to need another roasting pan, this is just for the vegetables. Okay, so let’s start. "
