"SIMEON LOWE: Hi, my name is Simeon Lowe on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we are going to learn how to make gourmet coffee in your home. Hi. In this clip, we are going to make a caramel and Irish cream latte also known as a caramel and Irish cream latte. It's going to be good because the Irish cream--if you never had Irish cream before, it's a very interesting taste, like, you can't really explain how it tastes, to be honest. It's almost like a toffee flavor. So, when you mix that with caramel, it makes a really good drink. All right, steam the milk. [INDISCERNIBLE]. Good. We got our steamed milk. Wipe the milk wand. Now this drink, just to mix it up a little bit, we're going to do one and a half of each. That's going to make it. So [INDISCERNIBLE] sweet latte. All right, we're going to switch pump real quick. All right, so one and a half of each. Get that pump started. There's one and half more. All right. We're going to do a shot of espresso and then the milk. This drink is great if it's topped off with whip cream. There we are. We have an Irish cream and caramel latte."
