"Now our coffee is brewed and mixed, so we're going to release the top. Use any instrument you want to stir. Softer, like plastic, is good. I like to use a knife. That works good for me because it's slender and it can go all the way to the bottom. Be very careful, though, if you're using metal to not bang against the glass too hard. I'm just going to stir it for 15-20 seconds, get it nice and mixed up. That should be good. Once it is stirred you can put the lid on, and we're going to press. I'm just going to put this ball on the palm of my hand and just lightly add pressure, and it should go down with ease. If it's really hard to push down, it means you haven't waited long enough for the beans and the water to mix. So, now the coffee is ready to pour. Make sure the grid is open and we are ready to pour our coffee."
