"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make shrimp cocktail. We're back and I just want you to see first of all when you put all these seasonings in the water and it starts boiling with the cap on you're going to smell it. It has a good smell and that is nice. Make sure you use a mitt or a towel, you don't want to lift that up. Look at that rolling boil watch how fast these are going to cook now right before your eyes we're going to do this. Here is your shrimp, be careful putting them in I just even put the bowl in a little bit watch how fast they are going to turn orange. Once they turn orange and start floating you'll know that they are done. You don't want to over cook them these are big shrimps and maybe a minute or two in this boiling water. But watch you can see them actually starting to turn orange. So when I come back we're going to drain them and we're going to get them ready for the fridge, actually lets keep it on there for a second. Watch, these will be done that fast just so that you really get a feel for how fast shrimps cook. Just give them a little turn and literally about a minute a minute and a half they are done so we're going to get them hot quick bring that up to a boil and they should be done. Come back we'll show you how to get them ready for a shrimp cocktail."
