"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. And now we're going to talk about making a bread bowl to serve your soup in. Get a round loaf of bread, a rye or sour dough will work and stick you knife in as you turn, don't do like I was just doing. Where your thumb is open that can cause for disaster, make sure your thumb is in, you turn as you cut. You're going to take the top off and just start scooping out the bread. Your hands work just fine get the big chunks out, if your bread is hard enough you can scoop out all the bread underneath the crust will make a nice protected layer for the soup. It won't seep through, you want to take all that out and get underneath as you can see. You just want to throw your soup in, when you fill your soup in make sure to push it to the edges underneath so that way it can fill the entire thing up. See there is still some empty room in there, fill it up as much as you want or just fill it all the way up. After that we're just going to put the top back on, if you still notice we still have some bread left, just take that off and pop it on. There you go a bread bowl."
