Video Transcript

"Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip, we will be cutting out the top and the bottom. First we are going to set our table saw up to 10 1/4 inches cutting. Go ahead and lock that in place. Next we need to make our cut. Now this could get a little bit tricky since we are using a full sheet of plywood to cut on our table saw so it is always good to have a second person to help you if you need it. Next I am going to reset my table saw to 9 1/4 inches and lock that in place and go ahead and run that through. Next we are going to mark our length at 69 inches. I put an X on the side that I am going to be cutting on because the width of the blade is an 8th inch and if I cut on the wrong side of the line, then I am an 8th inch short. After that we can go ahead and cut our pieces. I now have my top and bottom pieces cut. "
