Hi, my name is Christina, and this is an easy no sew fleece scarf. Fleece is a great material to make a scarf out of, it's warm and doesn't need hemmed. For this project we are going to be using a length of fleece and scissors. I'm going to start by laying out my fleece, making sure the ends match up, smoothing it out and then trimming off the seams down here. You will see where the machine held on the bolt. We want to cut above those dots. We're going to be cutting our scarf approximately seven inches wide. We're going to use a straight edge to cut a straight line. Next I'm going to cut slits in the ends of the fabric, about four inches up and about an inch wide. I have my fleece folded so I'm doing both sides at once. Once you are done cutting your fringe, we're going to take our fleece and tie a knot so that the fringe hangs out of the knot. We're going to do this on both ends. Fleece scarves are an easy way to stay warm during the cold months and this is a great project to do with kids. Thanks for watching.
