Hello, I'm Chef Jamel Boyd, and today we're going to teach you how to cook pork spare ribs in a Crock-Pot. Some nutritional facts about pork spare ribs is that they're high in thiamine, zinc, they're a great source of protein and they're low in sodium. First, we'll start with a gallon of chicken stock that we're going to put in a Crock-Pot. We have our pork spare ribs, a cup of barbecue spice, a quarter cup of chili powder and a quarter cup of cumin. After we get it all in, we'll stir it altogether. We'll add the pork spare ribs one by one and then we'll put the lid on it and we'll set the time for about 10 hours and after that it will be done. After we've taken it out, we'll put a little salt and pepper on, brush it with a little barbecue and we'll place it in a 350-degree oven for about 10 minutes.
