Hi, I'm Tali Gallo here to show you how to cut a bridal veil. There are many reasons why you may want to cut a veil whether you are custom designing a new one or you want to shorten one. So here I'm going to show you how to quickly shorten your veil. The most important thing is if you have any sort of detail on your veil, for example, you have beading or trim or lace you don't want to lose that detail on the bottom. So what you'll want to do is actually take fabric scissors and cut the tulle apart from the comb. So, and then when you move the veil up to a new comb, that way you can shorten it through the comb and while you are doing that, I actually suggest if you have a plastic comb to go ahead and change it out to a metal one because it gives you a little bit more secure look and of course it's easier to hide in the hair and it's also easier to shape on the head. So it's a little bit more comfortable. That's a quick easy way to shorten the comb. So again you're going to cut here and then you are going to create this look and then you are going to move it down to where you need it. And that's how you'll cut a bridal veil. Thank you so much.
