Hi, I'm Tali Gallo, here to share the significance of wedding veils. So, wedding veils have a long history. They were originally used in ancient Rome as a way to shield the bride from evils. So, today there's still much significance that surrounds them. Mainly because a bride envisions wearing a veil because her mother did and her grandmother did. So, there's many different types of veils. And definitely checking with your church or cathedral, if you're having a religious ceremony. To see if there are any requirements, would definitely be important. So, if you're doing a cathedral wedding, the traditional lace veil is very, very typical. And definitely has a lot of significance, meaning, especially if it's a Spanish Mantilla type of veil. Where the veil goes from the head all the way down to the floor. So, there are many different types of veils out there now. And so, really it's up to you which one is the best one for you, whether it maybe a face veil or along cathedral or a fingertip veil.
