Hi, I'm Catherine, and today we're gonna be talking about the classifications of wedding dresses. If you simply said there's dozens and dozens, different kinds of wedding dresses, and different ways to classify them, so I think the simplest thing to do is break it into two different classifications, formal and informal. So, formal is exactly what it sounds like, maybe more people at the wedding, a black tie event in hotel on a Saturday night. A formal wedding would maybe be a bigger skirt, more volume, you can do some beading, sleeves, but overall just a dressier, more formal, more voluminous more of a dress. An informal wedding dress can be something simple, it can be something short, it can be something sleek. You can wear it for a destination wedding, you can wear it for an outdoor wedding, a garden wedding, or maybe even just a Sunday brunch wedding. So those I think are the easiest ways to break down the classification of wedding dresses.
