Hi, I'm Paula Pierce, and this is Avery dark T-shirt transfer instructions. Avery produces a great iron-on paper for use on dark clothing. Today, I'm gonna walk you through the instructions step-by-step. The first thing you need to do is to print your image. Since you are using Avery dark t-shirt transfer, there's no need to reverse your image, just print normally. Next, trim carefully around the image. Everything you see will transfer to the T-shirt, so don't leave any unwanted areas. Lay out a pillowcase on a hard surface, such as wood, and iron it flat. Lay out your t-shirt and iron as well. Carefully peel the backing off of your transfer. I find it helps to stretch a corner very gently to tear the backing without tearing the transfer, and then you can easily grab the backing to peel it. Using the ironing paper that comes with your package, iron on the transfer following the time recommendations for your size of transfer. Do not steam. Let your transfer cool and then remove the ironing paper.
