Hi, I'm Katie Sweeney. Today, I'm going to teach you how to make pretty fruit and cheese appetizer tray. So, to start we just need a few different items. We need some fun greenery from the garden, a couple of types of cheeses, crackers and of course our fruit. As you can see, I'm sort of going for a green and red theme. We've got a nice wooden board and we're going to start by putting some of our beautiful red and green leaves down. From there, we're going to take our cheeses; I've got a lovely hart Parmesan and a nice creamy brie. The leaves will sort of act as place mats. Then, we'll add grapes down the middle and dried cranberries that you can just sprinkle around. Then, what I also like to do for the hard cheese, start breaking it up a little, so people know that they can just come up and break off a chunk of cheese. And over here, we're going to stick our knife in the creamy cheese.
