Hi, I'm Katie Sweeney. I'm going to teach you how to make whipped cream with Grand Marnier and cocoa powder. It's going to be a wonderful combination of chocolate and orange and creamiest that's delicious on ice cream, brownies, any dessert. Here's how we're going to make it. To start, I'm going to mix two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder in a bowl with two tablespoons of sugar. We're going to use this to sweeten and flavor our cream. I'm pulled my heavy cream from the freeze. I stuck it in there about 15 minutes 'cause I want it to be really cold. I need one cup and I'm going to pour it into my standing mixer with a whisk attached. We're going to add one tablespoon of Grand Marnier and then we're going to get the mixture going. So, once we the cream has started to get a little thick, we're going to slowly add the cocoa and sugar mixture while the mixer is locked. Our whipped cream is done and as you can see it's thick, chocolaty and to die for. Serve this with ice cream or on top of your favorite pie.
