Hello, I'm Katie Sweeney. I'm going to show you how to make an amazing appetizer for melted brie with pecans and cranberries. It's so easy and simple. We're going to start by taking a circle of brie and putting it into a little cazuela. Now, we're just going to cover the top with chopped pecans; this is about a quarter to a third cup of chopped pecans. And on top of this, we've got the same amount of dried cranberries. Next, we're just going drizzle some honey over the top and then season the whole thing with little salt and pepper. Next, we're just going to pop this entire thing into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 375 until it's melted, bubbling and gooey. We've taken it out of the oven, now let's dig into this. How amazing does this look? It's like mount eruption of brie, pecans and cranberries.
